I am a graduate student with a specialization in counselling psychology. I provide one-on-one mental wellness services from a feminist and intersectional standpoint. My job is to assist you through difficult times (whether that's short or long term), and empower you to move forward in a way that best fits you. Ideally, I will help myself out of a job.

**Please note: my fees are $100 per hour. However, I offer a sliding scale based on income/circumstances. Please PM, call or email me to discuss. I strongly believe that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to receiving mental health services.**

Part of my dedication to helping clients includes advocating for systemic change, where necessary. Depending on a clients' individual needs this may take a variety of forms, all of which will be discussed in advance of any action.

I believe that clients are able to determine their own path and that my job is to assist them in finding it. You are the best expert when it comes to your life. I'm not here to lecture, I'm here to listen and provide guidance and insight.

I am certified in Standard First Aid/CPR-C and Suicide Intervention. I have also studied and gained first-hand experience with crisis intervention.
