A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your first few appointments. This WILL be put towards your first service. Failure to properly cancel or change your appt (48+ hours) will result in your deposit being used for the $20 cancellation fee.

No shows will not be rebooked unless 100% of the missed appointment is paid in full. I do require 48+ hours notice for cancellations and/or appointment changes. Cancellations less than 48 hours are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Unfortunately, appointments 15 mins late will be canceled and considered a no-show. You will be required to pay for the missed appointment before rebooking or to hold any future bookings.

Please remember that my business number is also my personal number so texts, calls or messages will only be answered within business hours. I do not currently work evenings or weekend but may be willing to work then for an extra fee.

I do send out conformation messages via my online booking app the day before your appointment. If for any reason, you don't receive one, you are still responsible for making your appointment on time and will be charged as a no show if you fail to do so.

Infants and toddlers may not accompany clients during services in order to maintain the highest quality standards and time control. I appreciate your understanding.

I recommend to all my clients to pre-book 2-3 appointments in advance if possible.

Please park along the street and not in the driveway.
