Ashtanga Yoga Montreal

AYM is a beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Montreal with skilled teachers and a vibrant yoga community. Our doors are open to everyone. Come in, practise and leave smiling.

We have classes for the beginner to advanced student. If you are new to AYM, your first class with us is only $10 (includes all applicable taxes and a mat for the class).

We offer daily Ashtanga flow yoga classes, morning Mysore practice, restorative yoga, workshops with local & international teachers and Yoga Alliance certified teacher training programs.
