Mike Young has been immersed in Squamish real estate for over 15 years. He immediately recognized the exponential wealth of diversity and appeal Squamish offered and became well acquainted with the area as an avid investor. In 2006 he created and launched Dynamic Property Management as a founding partner. A business that has become the largest and most successful asset management firm in Squamish.

Mike’s educational pursuits are unique in that he has attained the highest and most diverse licensing under the Real Estate Act encompassing every genre available; Associate Broker, with licenses to provide Real Estate Trading, Residential Management and Strata Management. In 2012, Mike went above and beyond and became one of only thirty-eight strata managers in the province and the only strata manager in the Sea-to-Sky corridor to receive the designation of Canada’s Registered Condominium Manager.

As a life-longer learner, with an insatiable curiosity and passion for knowledge, Mike regularly attends courses, seminars, and conferences to remain at the top of his game with respect to business, technology and the real estate industry. His continuous pursuit of education and learning has made him the corridors foremost authority on real estate services, particularly strata and rental management.

Having lived in Squamish since 2001, Mike resides in Garibaldi Estates where he lives with his wife and two young children. He is actively involved in the community serving on the Board of Directors for Sea-to-Sky Community Services since 2011. He has also been committed to the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program as an in-school mentor for the past 8 years. He is a coach with Howe Sound Minor Ball, and is involved with Squamish Youth Soccer.
