Whether we are trying to address a condition or prevent disease, I believe that our health is in our hands and, with the right tools, we all hold the power to make a difference. Although our genes play an important role in the risk of many diseases, they do not determine our destiny. If we try to eat well, think positively, stay active and learn to relax, all in harmony, we may just be able to affect how our genes are expressed and have a better chance of growing old gracefully.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I fully acknowledge that each person is biochemically distinct with unique nutritional and lifestyle needs. I take an integrative approach to health, while considering physician's recommendations and focusing on complementary and customized Nutritional Therapy. I have a special interest in gastro-intestinal disorders, specifically Inflammatory Bowel Disease. My mission is to empower my clients on ways to achieve optimal health from the inside out and live a blissful life.
