Our prenatal yoga classes encourages an empowered approach to pregnancy and birth. Through gentle yoga postures, you will stretch and strengthen the body, preparing for childbirth while alleviating the common discomforts of pregnancy.
Classes incorporate breathing techniques and meditation to help maintain the ebbs and flows of pregnancy. Building community is at the heart of the classes; each class provides time for discussion and connection with other mom's-to-be.
