The Art of Expressing the Human Body, Mind & Spirit will enhance one's life by improving all three levels of human abilities(Physical, Psychological & Spiritual)

You will not be limited by strict rules of engagement of structure. No stances, no katas, no belts, no uniforms, no formalities, no rituals, no techniques and no memorising. All training will consist of real - life, immediately applicable principles and "natural-effortless" movement.
