Budget Blinds serving Delta, South Surrey & White Rock is located in Tilbury (Delta Industrial Park). The owners, David and Tara have been serving the Delta community since 2009 and acquired the South Surrey franchise in October 2013. David and Tara are the proud parents of 4 beautiful daughters and are very active in their community. They pride themselves in operating a truly “family business”. Their ‘mission’ is to become the best window coverings retailer in the lower mainland by providing high quality products, outstanding customer service and fair prices.
