Chester Playhouse Theatre

The Chester Playhouse is a warm intimate 176 soft seat theatre in the lovely south shore village of Chester. Our motto is "world class entertainment with home-made cookies". Our summer festival includes four professional theatre productions, a youth theatre show, musical artists from across Canada, as well as films and special events.We are located 50 minutes from Halifax, with walking access to many restaurants and shops.
