Coffee Cabin - Huntsville

Coffee Cabin is a family owned business started in 2004 by the Pugliese and Foffano families. The design is a mirror of the personal tastes of each family member. All the booths, tables, countertops, and ‘The Cabin’, the area where our staff work to prepare your food and drinks, was built by the family in our workshop. The deer antler lamps as well as the chandeliers were also made by our family. All antlers used are naturally fallen on our property in Huntsville and are from deer we feed in the winter and were gathered over a four year period before Coffee Cabin was opened.
Our coffees are purchased directly from estates (farms) all over the world. Upon arrival in Canada the beans are immediately ground then brewed and each shipment is accepted or rejected based on the taste of the beans when they arrive.
Our foods are made by the family and our staff and are made from scratch each and every day. Our menu is created by our visionary baker and cook, Sonia and Bridget. Our passion is cooking and the food we serve is food our family would be proud to serve at home and to you, our loyal customers.
