I received my Reflexology Therapy Certificate from Mount Royal University in 2008, my Reiki Master Certificate from Mount Royal University in 2009 and my Professional Cupping Therapies Certificate from the Whole Health Institute of Cupping & Complementary Medicine in 2014.

Reiki is an ancient energy-based complementary modality that works on the physical, mental emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki rebalances energy flow throughout the body by holding hands on or above the body and promoting relaxation. It functions as a support system for the body to enhance and accelerate the body's innate healing ability.

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on principles that there are areas, or reflexes, in the feet, hands, ears, scalp, face and along the meridians or energy pathways in the body that correspond to every part of the body. By applying pressure on these points, reflexology relaxes, releases and reduces tension or congestion, improves circulation and normalizes body functions.

Cupping Therapy is an ancient technique that uses various cupping instruments to apply suction to the body tissues which stimulates blood and lymph circulation and is considered among the best deep tissue myo-fascial therapies.
