Dr. Alexa Kristy, ND

Alexa graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biomedical Science. She then followed her dream of becoming a Naturopathic Doctor and attended the four-year naturopathic medical program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario.
Alexa looks forward to getting to know each patient on an individual basis. She focuses on the root cause of the patient’s health concern and formulates a treatment plan that best suits the individual. She enjoys teaching others the principles of healthy living so that healing can be sustainable.
Alexa treats a variety of conditions from infancy to elderly. In addition to her family practice, she has a special interest in fertility and supports both men and women to balance hormones, improve egg and sperm quality and manage conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS. After having a baby of her own, Alexa recognizes the need for additional support during pregnancy and postpartum and is passionate about working in conjunction with other health care providers and families during this time.
