HI, I am Meghan Lodge, and I am a Life Coach and Counsellor. I am looking for committed people, ready to make changes in their lives for the better. This starts by booking a one-on-one session with me.

I supply support, an eager ear, unwavering enthusiasm and goal oriented tactics for my clients. I believe in the impact of positive thoughts, well thought out plans, and the art of healing behaviors and traumas that hinder people today.

As a Life Coach and Counsellor, I work with clients to build rapport, dig down deep into some reoccurring behaviors, find the root of them, and grow from there. I work with the strengths of clients to grow their confidence, and then determine next steps to success.

Whether you want a better relationship with your partner, to lose weight, become healthy, start your own business, or even just live a happier life, you need a Life Coach. I can keep you accountable, challenge you, help motivate you and determine goals, but because of my training at Rhodes Wellness College, I can also empathize with you, work through past hurts, and help you overcome negative behaviors hurting your present and future. My training is based in holistic, client-centered approaches, and my personality brings the goal oriented, can-do attitude.
