Each day we create quality homemade soups and sandwiches, breakfast items, snacks and salads. Everything is meant to pair perfectly with our freshly brewed coffee, espresso beverages and exceptional loose-leaf teas.

We are proud to source from local producers and artisans wherever possible and believe their passion shines through in our finished offerings. Everything is fast and ready so you can skip the wait and fuel your day with healthy food choices.

Our menu changes each day depending on availability of ingredients and the mood of the maker - check our Facebook and Twitter feeds daily for the featured menu (and expect that we'll most likely have a few great surprise selections in shop when you arrive) Most items are available until sold out each day. We take requests and accommodate where possible. We'll even place a hold on your lunch, so you aren't disappointed when you arrive - a quick text to our phone number or msg through FB or Twitter gets the job done!
