My journey to becoming a Realtor, all started after my family and I had to endure a lawsuit with the dustrict of amission and an Engineering Company. Our home was sinking into the ground 2 years after we purchased. We started noticing cracks forming in the walls and ceiling, ground slopping, doors not closing.

We later found out our home was built over top a culvert/right of way as well as garbage fill, silty sand, wood stumps, and rocks.

I am a Realtor today to help make sure this does not happen to anyone else!
