We are a wellness centre located in the West End of Ottawa. We are specialized and dedicated to the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach™ a form of structural bodywork that releases restrictions in the connective tissue, helping your body restore itself to health and well-being. It is a form of manual therapy for pain and whole body healing. It can help anyone suffering from headaches/migraines, neck or back pain, chronic or acute pain, TMJ, women's health issues, anxiety & stress and post surgical scars to name a few.
