Our Offerings:
1. The Body Boutique Bootcamp: It's Beautiful to Work Hard
A 1 hour leave your guts on the floor workout that incorporates resistance training, plyometrics, tabatta, pilates, metabolic conditioning, kettlebell, trx, boxing and more. Designed to challenge, burn fat, and create shapely feminine muscle, giving you curves where you want them. Exercises are tailored to all levels, proper former taught and monitored.

2. The Body Boutique Saucy, Sexy Dance Class: It's Beautiful to Let Loose
Designed for all women to come and get their sexy on. Cardio warm up, core strengthening, flexibility training and dance choreography taught in every class. No dance experience necessary just a desire to let loose and get sexy!

3. The Body Boutique Beautiful Experience Workout: It's Beautiful to Have Grace and Strength
This class is a sensual workout designed to help you feel beautiful and strong. We incorporate sensual movement, pilates and ballet inspired training. You will feel toned, lengthened, and beautiful leaving.

4. The Body Boutique Yoga: It's Beautiful to Be at Peace"
A unique brand of yoga designed to lengthen, open and take you to a beautiful place within yourself.
