The Form and Function clinic is a multidisciplinary health center that focuses on patient care. Following our dynamic treatment plan patients will see all or some of our unique services including chiropractors, physiotherapists, naturopathic doctors, chiropodist/podiatrists, dieticians, holistic nutritionists, personal trainers and computer foot scanning. All services are located in a single location along with products such as custom made orthotics, custom made assorted braces, compression stockings, shoes, beverages and protein bars

Physio Therapy: Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.

Chiroptartor: focused on the diagnosis and treatment neuromuscular disorders, with an emphasis on treatment through manual adjustment and/or manipulation of the spine.

Massage Therapy:Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including, muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage Therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
