Geared4Stretching

Hi! I am Chrissy Herod from Geared 4 Stretching. I will be the instructor for the Personalized 1-on-1 stretching program and Yoga Classes in the BioMechanic gym.

I have my recreation and Leisure diploma and many certifications in gymnastics. My training in stretching is from 10 plus year I spent as a gymnastics coach and I have also been involved in many other sports. I have practice yoga for many years and loved using it as a cross trainer for other sports and have now decided to focus my attention on yoga.
