At Good Earth, we pride ourselves on simple wholesome comfort food and great coffee. But that's not all that's important to us - operating a business with a social and environmental conscience is a priority we take seriously. We work hard to attract and recruit partners who share our desire for building community and respecting the environment.

At Good Earth we choose our coffee for a world of good reasons. We continually search for coffee that offers exceptional taste, unique to a region, a farm, even a season. We seek out farms where environmental sustainability is practiced. And we establish direct trade with farmers to help improve communities where coffee is grown.
Our coffee is then carefully roasted… slowly in small batches to bring out the very best in every bean. So you will experience the unique taste and aroma that comes from each farmer’s commitment to their coffee.
Why do we select and roast our coffee so carefully? It’s really simple. We have the power to make positive change in the world with choices large and small. We choose exceptional coffee, responsible farming, ethical trade and careful roasting.

Good Earth food is fresh and wholesome. We use whole foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and nuts, real eggs and fresh dairy. The authenticity of our ingredients means our food is alive with flavor and nutritional value. Add the passion of our cooks and bakers and our products become much more than sustenance. At Good Earth we know that good food can bring people together. Good food is fuel for the mind and spirit, as well as the body.
We make our food in our own kitchens everyday. This allows us to completely control and guarantee the highest standards of quality and freshness. We care about what you eat and so we work hard to create food that is good for you.
We believe our guests are entitled to know what they are consuming, and so we keep a complete and current list of ingredients of all Good Earth products in each cafe, for your use. So, you can feel good in knowing exactly what you are consuming. We also have nutritional information available for our products. All of this information is aimed at assisting you in making good choices.

From the dark caramel notes of Alley Kat Amber to the light crispness of Aprikat, we have a brew to suit any mood or menu!
Along with our line-up of tried-and-true favourites, Alley Kat also brews an exciting and continually changing series of special beers. These specials have a habit of disappearing off the shelves so watch this site for updates on their release.

We carry a selection of white and red wines that provide the perfect pairing for our light and hearty dishes. Due to the exclusivity of some of our wines, they are offered based on availability from the winery.
