As a Holistic Practitioner I will help clients accomplish an overall balance and improve the natural rhythms of the body. I believe that our body is a self-healing organism that is continuously fighting infection, healing wounds, and regenerating cells. My mission is to provide professional complementary therapies, natural products, food, and educational events that empower the individual to live the life they love longer. My goals are to treat the emotional, physical, and mental needs of my client using natural and alternative healing methods. Balance is the key to a healthy life. Diseases or imbalances that exist within a person could be physical in nature or the result of mental, emotional, or spiritual experiences. Most health problems and aging processes are the result of daily behaviors and life style choices that accumulate over time. Such include: inadequate nutrition, poor sleep patterns, ongoing stress, and lack of activity. I believe in a holistic full body approach to good health and wellness; focusing on the health problem and suggesting the care plan to produce the fastest results possible. Our body is not our enemy, but instead our body is our best friend.
