My psychology practice is primarily focused on working with clients for Trauma, Anxiety, Phobias, Sex and Sexuality, Identity, stress, and coping with life changes (e.g. onset of chronic pain or illness, divorce, retirement, new job, new baby, etc.).
I am also a yoga teacher (RYT) and can offer individual yoga for trauma sessions as well.
