The Herb & Spice Shop is an independent, locally owned health & natural food store which has been serving Ottawa's Centretown neighbourhood and beyond for over 30 years.

Our Herb & Spice Wellness Shop opened at 380 Bank Street, just across the street from the original Food Shop, in July 2013. At this location, you will find a large selection of bulk herbs, vitamins & minerals, whole food supplements, raw supplements, herbal remedies, protein powders, homeopathic remedies, essential oils & aromatherapy supplies, natural face, body & baby care, natural cosmetics and even natural home products like candles & incense!

At the Food Shop you will continue to find a wide and always growing selection of natural, organic, alternative and specialty food items: fresh organic produce, raw foods and superfoods, an extensive bulk section (including herbs & spices!), dairy and vegan dairy alternatives, baking supplies and gluten-free options, teas, deli & ready-to-eat items, vegan meat alternatives, local & organic meats, frozen foods, dried goods, non-toxic household cleaning options, natural baby products and more!

We offer a 10% discount for Seniors (65+) and a 10% Student Discount on Sundays (with valid post-secondary Student Card).
