HOPE Hospice Outreach Programs of Elgin

HOPE was established by a team of dedicated and compassionate individuals, and in turn, is reaching out for support to assist us in this worthy cause. As a committee, we have pulled resources and talents together to meet the identified need.

Our intention is to provide programs to families dealing with a life threatening or progressive illness. Supportive services will be for everyone residing in Elgin, no matter where they are… their home, LTC or hospital, etc. We are not willing to see any individual go without support when they are most vulnerable. This includes our friends and families, as well as yours.
