Atmosphere: IF Abbotsford is a high performance training gym with zero intimidation factor. It is a very fun, energetic and inviting atmosphere. We specialize in personal training, but also lead hikes, kayak trips, run and cycling clubs and basically everything we can to engage our customers in their fitness lifestyle.

As a apart of a fully integrated multidisciplinary health care clinic, the facility houses 10 Kinesiologists, 4 Chiropractors, 4 Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncture, and Laser Therapy.

We work with everyone from rehabilitation all the way up to Ironman competitors, University basketball players and everyone in the middle!
