Jaason is a passionate and creative Career & Training Development Specialist. His practice focuses on training, coaching and supporting aspiring leaders, corporate leaders, business owners and others looking to enhance their leadership skills and abilities.

Jaason has a long history of applying his experience and knowledge towards his client's needs. The areas in which Jaason has helped people and organisations develop better leaders and grow their skills has no boundaries. Whether it be a Diamond Mine in the North West Territories(NWT), a Call Centre in Omaha Nebraska or a Fortune 100 Company in Silicon Valley; Jaason's most recent projects have been very diverse by geography and or industry. He has supported leaders and organisations within technology, finance, precious metals (mining), manufacturing, government, staffing and recruitment. With his extensive experience in developing leaders, change management, process enhancement Jaason can quickly adapt to any methodology or technique but also has his own unique set of tools designed over years of testing and refinement.

Jaason is innovative in his approach and puts a tremendous amount of thought and effort into both the strategic and tactical design of his work; he develops unique activities and facilitation plans to meet the specific needs of his clients. He is a dynamic and engaged facilitator and team member; his strength in connecting with people from the front lines to the boardroom helps him anticipate and respond to an organisations roadblock that others cannot uncover.
