I provide my clients with a truly unique real estate experience. Selling or purchasing a home is often one of the most stressful activities that anyone does in their life. I am there to add value for my clients. There are many ways that I do this, whether my client is a Seller or a Buyer.

For Sellers, I design a custom marketing plan for their specific requirements. This not only involves all of the systems I will employ to sell their home, but also how best to communicate with my clients based on what their needs and sensibilities are. There is no "cookie-cutter" approach here at all. I recognize that each person, family and home are unique, hence, require special, individualized treatment. There are some things that don't change, however, and that's always providing professional photography, high quality promotional packages featuring a beautiful brochure of the home, full home staging services, and open houses, and, most importantly negotiating skillfully to allow you to realize the most optimal sale price for your home, whether that be a single family detached, a townhome or a condo.

For Buyers, my main goal is to provide them with the education that they require in order to move forward with their purchase. All facets of the home buying process are laid out to each and every buyer and I am always sure to put my Buyers in contact with the right mortgage professionals that will provide not only the best rates, but the information that will allow them to move forward with knowledge and confidence.

I find that I can add a significant amount of value to the process by working behind the scenes. Everyone's time is their most precious commodity. To that end, I will preview homes on behalf of clients and tirelessly research and scrutinize all listings that may be suitable so that my client's time is not wasted in the process.
