Koi Yoga and Ayurveda

We are a boutique Yoga and Ayurveda studio located in the Jingle Pot area of Nanaimo. We offer small, personal yoga and meditation classes, with our studio holding up to 12 people. New to the studio and Nanaimo this year...Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Teacher Training with the California College of Ayurveda, the oldest Ayurvedic College in the West! We also offer private Yoga, Corporate Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy and traditional Ayurvedic Body Therapies such as Four Handed Abhyanga (massage) and Shirodhara.
