Reservation / Special order Policy

No deposit refund once the order has been placed.
We can reserve or special order an item only if you pre-paid 50% deposit of this item. The amount of deposit you paid will be deducted from the selling price.

Example:

If you want to special order a $15 CD, you need to pay $10.00 deposit. The remaining $5 will be paid at the time you pick up the CD.

No reservation will be made if customer does not meet the Reservation/ Special order Policy (unless the deposit has been made)
Example:

-leaving your name and phone numbers in the store
-making phone call to the store
-asking questions on facebook
