La Cuisana Roma

We are able to cook 8" and 12" pizzas in THREE minutes. This new concept to pizza allows you to choose your crust, sauce, toppings, and cheese at dine-in restaurant quality. This pizza is made to order, right in front of you.

Our open-concept kitchen allows you to see that all of our food and the ingredients are prepared in-house. We bake our dough from scratch and create our own pasta sauces and salads daily.

Owner/Operator Jay Roberts is an award-winning chef with a multitude of experience both in the kitchen and in business. Notably, he has twice won the best calamari on the British Columbia coast as reported by "North West" and "Pacific Yachting" magazines. He has also won "best chowder" in Cowichan Bay, BC.

At La Cuisana Roma we strive to give back to our community and environment. We support local food banks and community groups for youth. It is company policy to recycle and reuse whenever possible and we compost all of our discarded organic material.
