About Landi
As an agent with Royal LePage Noralta Real Estate, I understand the complexities of the real estate market and, more importantly, appreciate the diverse and individualized needs of each buyer and seller. Whether you are searching for your dream house, selling a cherished family home, or both, you can rely on my services to customize and streamline your real estate process.
People are my first priority. Having lived in numerous places across the world, I have had the opportunity to connect with many people of different cultures, ages and backgrounds. Getting to know each of my diverse clients, and working with them to achieve their specific real estate goals, is what drives me as an agent. I aspire to be a guiding hand, sharing both the successes and challenges through all stages of your personal real estate journey.
In addition to practicing real estate in my community of Sherwood Park, I’ve also stretched my wings as far as Fort Saskatchewan and all areas of the greater Edmonton area.
When not practicing real estate, I enjoy spending time with my three energetic sons and husband, and avidly volunteering as a member in my community. My volunteering pursuits include weekly visits to the Clover Bar Senior Lodge, as well as being an active member of the
Strathcona County Community Mediation in Sherwood Park which provides dispute resolution services.
As an agent with Royal LePage, I have support and training from the leading provider of services to real estate brokerages. Serving Canadians since 1913, Royal LePage has a network of over 17,000 real estate professionals in over 600 locations nationwide. Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company to have its own charitable foundation, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, dedicated to supporting women's and children’s shelters and educational programs aimed at ending domestic violence.
