Liv Fit Fun Training will personalize your training program and/or meal plan based your goals, level of experience and lifestyle. We recognize that everyone is different and it is important to customize a program based on the client. If a personalized program isn’t enough you can easily request one of our ongoing coaching programs to keep you motivated, accountable & access to upgrading your program when needed. We also continually offer online challenges. Our clients can train in the gym or in the comfort of their own home (NO equipment needed!) We also offer Personal 1-on-1 training to those local to the beautiful Okanagan in British Columbia, Canada.
We continuously motivate our clients by designing programs that are fun, creative and effective. It is important our clients understand both the “why” and “how” to do a particular exercise, so in addition to the program, we offer YouTube playlists to help guide you through the training. We firmly believe that everyone can transform, given proper instruction.
We take pride in helping and guiding you throughout the training process so that you can reach your goals. After training and following your personalized program and/or meal plan, you will have more energy, feel more confident and become excited about your life again.
