Kids (7-14) class 5:30-6:20 --> FULL (contact us for waiting list)
Teens and Adults 6:30-7:30 (new and drop-ins welcome - $10/session)

Each class is designed to build students' focus, balance, self awareness, cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Classes are designed to be easy to follow, in a fun learning environment.
