To improve my personal finances, I started in real estate by renovating my pre-finished basement in my home into a rental basement suite, which has been consistently occupied by many tenants overtime. Then I ventured into purchasing my first investment property through a joint venture, which has generated a positive cash flow of approximately $700/month! These events have helped take control of my personal finances where I have paid off my line of credit, and earn additional income

After going through a potential job layoff, I decided to become a real estate agent to educate myself about the home buying and selling process, and to help investors looking for an investor-friendly realtor. As a result, I have become a dedicated, innovative realtor at RE/MAX Core Realty who gives the extra 10% in exceeding clients' expectations by implementing the CARE principle:

I also enjoy teaching clients about how they can generate additional cash-flow, equity capital appreciation and long-term wealth to improve their personal finances through creative real estate investing strategies used by successful strategic real estate investors.
