These classes teach you the basics of how you're body works. What are the macro and micro nutrients you require and how much of each? Upon completion of the 6 1-hour class series you'll have the answers to these questions and so much more!
2. NUTRITIONAL COACHING
One-on-one coaching which includes a total health assessment - on the phone or in person. Why not take this time for 90 minutes of chatting about YOU - your health and what YOU need?
3. MIND-FULL MOVIE NIGHTS
Every Thursday at 7 pm we screen a documentary dedicated to healthful living.
