Alternatively a text message will be sent to you by text and/or e-mail, detailing the message left by the caller, and their contact information - allowing you to return the call at a more convenient time.

The following options are also available to you:

We can send the call to your personal Voicemail system.
You can wait on the line while we talk to your caller and come back to you and give you the message immediately.
You can set your status to "Do Not Disturb" and we will take a message and send it to you via Email and/or Text.
Every MyLiveOperator customer receives full access to our online portal. You can update your answering service options at any time - including instructions for our receptionists, divert numbers, and your availability. You can also add fax to email capabilities. It is a complete communications system that you can access from any internet connection, anywhere in the world.
