Personal Journey - Adela Ranellucci

Being a dynamic and energetic person, Adela enjoys some of the more beautiful things in life, such as: food, movement, art and community.
Her journey into yoga began 15 years ago, after a friend convinced her to participate in a class at Sivananda Vendata Center, in Montreal, while studying dance at l'Ecole de Dance de Quebec. The class left her feeling grounded, at peace and living for the moment. She was hooked on yoga and understood that this was the path that she needed to follow. After graduating from dance school, she immediately registered at the International Sivananda Yoga Centre, to complete her 200YTT certification, and has never looked back.

Her background in dance, hatha yoga, yoga flow, pliates, fitness and anatomy, has helped her to create a unique class that will help students to find what they are seeking, whether it's to help heal their pain, support emotional growth, calm their mind or simply to find happiness.
