I'm a 28 year old mother of two and proud wife. Growing up I was never into sports of any kind, so in my adult life my sedentary lifestyle caught up with me. One day I found my self unhealthy and unhappy. With two small children at home I knew I had to change, so September 2015 I started my fitness journey.
Since then I've lost and gained, lost and gained... I let my head get the best of me and take into some dark places. I've learned a lot about my self and fitness, so that is why I've started this page. I want to share my tips, triumphs and experiences with you.
