Nelson Massage Therapy

Lila uses a combination of deep tissue massage, myofacial release, neuromuscular therapy, joint play, muscle energy, trigger point therapy and swedish relaxation massage.
The first treament begins with a interview and assessment which helps to design a treatment that will be most beneficial and effective for you. Your comfort and warmth is important during the treatment and only the body part that is being worked on will be undraped. Your feedback is encouraged during the massage to ensure that you are satisfied and happy. After the massage, instructions regarding hydrotherapy, exercises, muscle and joint care will be given to help empower you to further the healing effects of the massage.
