We use this page to provide information and answer questions about electricity service in Nova Scotia, what we're doing to change the way electricity is made, the progress we've made, what our future plans are, and more. You can reach a representative from 8am to 8pm, Monday-Friday.

This page is monitored 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday, and during major storms. We may not be able to get back to you right away depending on when you post a question or a comment, but we'll be as quick as we can.

Your questions and comments are welcome, but here are some basic guidelines to keep in mind:

- Please be clear, and be nice. Questions or comments that are unrelated to electricity in Nova Scotia may be removed, while questions or comments containing personal information, profanity, crude language, threats or spam will be removed.

- You can report or get information on a power outage anytime by calling 1-877-428-6004, or find the most up to date information at outagemap.nspower.ca.
