About Me:
Hello, my name is Kim and I love food! I love to cook it, I love to eat it and most of all, I love to share it. Through personal experience I know that foods can harm and foods can heal. I have a passion to help others discover what I had discovered- we are what we eat! I am a cook turned nutritionist, and as such I believe that foods that heal can and should taste awesome at the same time. I'm here to bridge the gaps between understanding food and nutrition, how each individual is just that- an individual- and our bodies need to be treated as such. What's right for one body might best avoided by someone else. As a nutritionist I don't focus on calories. Instead we focus on holistic nutritional, elements of whole plant based foods, discuss supplementation if needed and practical ways to implement healthy lifestyle changes, including shopping and food preparation strategies.

*I am a currently a student enrolled with the Alive Academy studying to become a Certified Nutritionist and Natural Health Practitioner, and a current student member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. As I am still growing and learning how to work with clients, I offer my services at very reasonable rates in exchange for experience. Nutritionists do not diagnose medical conditions but rather I can help clients to address certain health concerns and conditions through nutrition and lifestyle.
