Online Learning Enterprises (OLE) is located in London, Ontario and perhaps you’ve heard of our sister company, Occupational Safety Group (OSG). Back in 2009 they had been receiving strong demand for online courses by several big brands. It was quickly realized that online training would be a viable way for companies to build great training programs. OLE was born.

We began offering individual/unit based online training courses. The Internet was the perfect vehicle to allow companies to quickly get complaint and trained. In 2013 (and continually) we put in a lot of time into our online training platform and course creation to maximize ease of use and retention for our clients. We still have a small online store, but where our customers get real value is the through a membership to our training platform with all its tools and reporting.

Today we’ve evolved to more than just health & safety training. Our training platform is web-based and includes all the training tools you’ll need to build your own training program (from a custom course builder to over 100 policy templates to full organizational reporting).
Ongoing employee development reduces skill gaps, liabilities and ultimately improves your business.
