I started training with a personal trainer at just 16. I became highly interested in the health and fitness industry and worked hard to stay healthy.

In September 2014 I went to school for marketing but ended up needing a double lung transplant in March 2015. Through the process of attending physical rehabilitation, I realized I wanted to help those just as they had helped me.

After receiving my Canadian Fitness Professional Personal Training Specialist certification, I am proud to offer personal training services to those in the Guelph area.

I will be attending Conestoga College in September for Health Sciences to further my health and fitness education to better serve the community.
