Hall Rental Details
We are fully wheel chair accessible, and are ideal for wedding/baby showers, birthdays, retirement parties, classes, business events, fundraisers, wedding receptions, etc.
Please note: We welcome Stag and Doe parties!
The Hall Rental is $450.00 for the Main Hall/Carousel Room. Use of the small kitchen is included for warming food that the lessee brings in. The main kitchen is available for cooking at an additional charge. The maximum capacity of the hall is two hundred and fifty (250) people.
The lessee is responsible for applying for a liquor permit and insurance. The hall manager will provide further information to assist the lessee.
The cost of Bartenders is $100.00 each from 8pm to 1am and they must be hired from the Port Dalhousie Lions Club. There must be a minimum of two bartenders.
Pop, ice and glasses are an extra charge of $125.00 for unlimited use during the function. Pop includes cranberry and iced tea. Other mixes including orange juice, clamato, etc. are the lessee's responsibility.
