Fox Kids Program

The focus of this program is to teach kids the fundamentals of wrestling. Although our focus is more freestyle wrestling based, we will be adapting some Greco Roman techniques such as basic throws and body locks. As part of our curriculum, your kids will learn to develop their motor skills, strong basic positioning and body awareness, how to fall and land safely, and complete a set of basic offensive and defensive techniques. We believe in the importance of learning the fundamentals of the sport as necessary and key to becoming a successful wrestler and a future champion.
Our program offers your kids a versatile form of exercise. Wrestling is one of the few sports that physically targets and builds each muscle groups simultaneously. Due to the sports versatility, our program is suited for all sizes, level of experience and gender and in addition would be considered a perfect complimentary training for other sport interests your kids may have.
