Reid&React is a dynamic team consisting of Brandon Reid ex pro hockey player of 13 years and Rocky Russo a fitness industry guru for over 25 years. Brandon Played for over 20 years at the highest of levels including the Canadian Junior hockey team to the Vancouver Canucks and then venturing to europe playing in top leagues in Germany, Switzerland and Russia. Brandon is currently coaching with Hockey Canada.
Rocky Russo is Owner and Founder of Rgym for 6 years. Before that he competed at the highest level in Kickboxing, MMA and Jiu-Jitsu. He's also trained some of the highest ranked fighters around the Montreal area. As a team we combine to give hockey players the extra advantage over other players by introducing new and improved ways to become faster, stronger and more dynamic on and off the ice.
