Welcome to the Republic of Yoga! I’m Zoe, and my philosophy is to make Yoga welcoming for Everybody. My thoughtfully curated practices are fresh, fun, and accessible – with an emphasis on cultivating Maitri (Loving Kindness) and nourishing Self-Love.

I specialize in Hatha yoga (Iyengar orientation), Restorative, Yin and Yoga Therapeutics. I enjoy the alchemy of creating new ways for you to experience and express yoga, fusing yoga styles and live music.
