Rideau Family Health Team

We are a team of physicians and allied health professionals dedicated to improving the health of our patients. Our patients are partners in their own healthcare and healthcare journey. We work seamless interprofessional practice that works as a team to determine who amongst can best serve our patients' needs based on their goals, preferences, and medical condition. This means that our patients might see their family physician or an allied health professional (dietitian, nurse, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, or social worker).
