I am a mom of an one amazing child, and a stepmom of two lovely stepdaughters.
I enjoy the great outdoors doing such things like hiking and of course beaches, kayaking and exercising in various forms.
I enjoy wine tasting in this beautiful wine capital of Canada, enjoying learning about the art of creating wine, as well as the beautiful wineries and their fantastic view of beautiful BC.
I love being inspired and feeling empowered by various people and speakers, as well as reading many different types of books such as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Steve Covey and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Personal growth is a crucial part of who I am, what I do and how I help others.
I enjoy giving back to my community and volunteer in various ways, as well as performing anonymous random acts of kindness. My favorite movie of all time is Pay It Forward.
