A bit about me:

I am a MACFE trained birth doula, birth photographer and a mama to 3 little boys. I was blessed to have a doula support me in all 3 of my pregnancies and births. I will forever be grateful that I had this invaluable support and knew pretty quickly that I was meant to be a doula too. My passion for birth comes from a deep sense of trust I have in the birthing process. This trust comes not only from birthing 3 of my own children but from being informed about best practices and all things birth. I trust birth. I personally have had 3 very different birth experiences and all 3 of these births have helped me to grow as a mother, a woman and into the doula that I am proud and honoured to be today.

I believe that birth can be beautiful, sacred and life changing. It can also be challenging and exhausting. As a doula my role is to support women and their families emotionally, physically and spiritually during one of the most important times of their lives. This includes pregnancy, labour, birth and the postpartum period. In addition I offer support to women in their decisions about their pregnancy and the birth of their child. I help and encourage women to find their inner strength, and to have joyous and empowering births that will remain with them always. As a doula I am truly honoured to be welcomed into sacred birth spaces.
